i actually have a idea of where their camp originated from, in the 1800s and early 1900s lumberjacks used to build large groups of houses in forests and they would yous that as sort of their base of operations and many of these camps (often known as lumberjack expositions ) where abandoned during the end of the industrial revolution, so my guess is at some point this group of werewolves stumbled across a abandoned exposition and decided to turn it into their home.
