The funny thing about Dex is that his outfit is very similar to the dress shirt, vest, jacket, overcoat (in that order) style that would've been worn anytime around the 1920s-1960s, at least. It's still fashionable now IF you understand the context of the outfit.
Well, I guess very earlier in the century would have just the shirt vest and jacket. The vest would've been optional. Really though, it's the same as we have it now-a-days as the styles of the classier / more expensive articles of clothing are very much inspired by many decades ago.

I remember the race where the donkey wins! Bamse was a very popular comic book in Sweden during the 70's, 80's and 90's, I don't know how popular it is today. The little bear Bamse (a rare word meaning big) is (supposedly) the world's kindest bear and his grandmother cooks "thunder hunny" for him and when he eats that he'll become the worlds strongest bear. His two best friends are the rabbit Lilleskutt (meaning little jump) who's easily frightened and the wise turtle Skalman (meaning shell man). Most young adults in Sweden today recognize the voice of actor Olof Thunberg as the narrator (and all the character voices) for the Bamse cartoon.

To all those who keep saying those toys aren't expensive because they're not in US dollars, you're wrong. I understand it's in Swedish money. You divide by 7 to get it in US dollars. Just to let you know since you might not know what counts as expensive in US dollars, one of those lego sets costs more than a PS4 does in US, and the others are all upwards of $200. So you have a reference point, a new PS4 game cost $60. The cheapest lego set is probably worth like 3 new games.

Brings me flashbacks from my childhood, Bamse, Skalman, Lille Skutt and Katten Jansson, I loved the show as a little kid. I could sit and watch it for hours. But there was one episode that was really creepy and i still think it's creepy today.
