Now put this on a namekian with 200 in health and max height with +5 into health.... Let me tell you, it's nasty, actually straight up evil. And the limit burst is also regen, bruh. Combined with do or die and potential unleashed. Congratulations, you're damn near immortal.
Or better yet male majins...or ssj3 the amount of tank you are with male majins combined with health and stamina regen meaning you can just win by pure defense

Not really when a stray 1 bar super deletes can delete a health bar from other custom characters. Plus, you’re reliant on your opponent hoarding their ki instead of spending their ki, which…..who does that?
definitely better for namekians since male majins take way more damage
Not going to lie this new update really is making our CACs gods! The main cast characters are now a little less viable when you against CACs

That is some impressive Stamina Recovery. I almost brushed off this one and seeing it, good lord this looks insane.
I called it... The second I seen the super soul I knew it would be BUSTED ESPECIALLY ON CHARACTERS TRYING TO PULL OFF THE 3 KI BAR SSG BUILD... My lord if they have 3 ki bars it's just never ending Regen and stamina... Literally blue kioken Goku but with hp REGEN instead of draining
This has to be nice paired with ui and data input
Now you can almost match the AI's stamina regen.

It is op but I think it actually encourages far more interesting gameplay and that’s why I like it, it forces the other player to actually be creative with their Ki and heavily punishes builds that try to conserve it endlessly.
I swear this, with ultra instinct, make the ultimate defense build

This would've been a super soul that I would've overlooked. _However,_ seeing that absurd stamina regen in action very quickly changed my mind! That's not even mentioning the health regen and how players are pressured to use their precious ki. Stating the obvious here: this super soul is insanely busted.
The first time I read it I knew it would be BUSTED because there are 2 types of players... Spammers and then people who only really use ki during stamina breaks... And I don't exactly fear spammers so I knew this would directly counter the only people I struggle to actually beat...
Was already thinking of running it on PQs SSBE with angry shout or Kaio×20+Neo Tri Beam/Final Explosion.
I'm not gonna use it on the Blue forms since that's high key broken (And that I need Ki regen Super Souls on the Blue forms) but I've found it to be a very good compliment to Ultra Instinct. It plays very well alongside it's defensive benefits.
@kin4386 I use with UI 2 builds,one with this ss and the other with the all damage + movement buff (XXL)

Dude, i saw this ss in the tp medal shop and got excited. I tested it out and for the most part, is a really deadly ss. Im excited to see what you think in your video.
Unfortunately it doesn't negate Stamina drain from Become Giant or Kaioken x20. It slows t hem down SUBSTANTIALLY though.

You also need to try using fighting pose J to this. This is the pose that increases your stamina recovery.
Also, wouldn’t Angry Shout be practical here since you have massive Stamina regeneration, so it wouldn’t be too risky to have it ready in case you need more ki to sustain SSBE?
I immediately thought angry shout when the SS got revealed. More so for KaioKen uptime with Neo Tri Beam

Steed, before I finish watching this video, I wanted to bring up the fact that I brought up a wisdom-form moveset in the comments of one of your other videos. The moveset and skills you are using in this video are quite close to that idea.
I use this with my ultra instinct cac and if i keep up the pressure i never go below 40% stamina
That fight against that adult gohan was honestly the most intense battle for survival I’ve seen in Xenoverse 😭
imagine this paired with something like Do or Die for the defense buff on top of that too, just a flat out upgraded Hmm Hmm Hmm super soul at that point

i wouldn't mind seeing how this plays alongside kaioken...
I feel like a good player will just use their ki whenever they land a hit, rendering this super soul effectively useless. A lot of these opponents had opportunities to spend their ki freely and they didn't making this super soul seem way more effective than it should be.
Edit: Even if it is that good of a super soul, the meta would just become to equip a skill that can drain your ki easy or that you can safely spam, such as Super God Fist, Ki Explosion, Shine Shot, Handy Canon, etc. Demon Ray (since you can spend your ki while being hit) etc.

I found out that this Super Soul is perfect to run with the Brutal Buster Evasive as you can charge it for some insane damage and it knocks back your opponent so you can fly to the ground and recover all the stamina back.
This would go hard on a max health, max stamina Namekian
Imma try this so try Kaioken. I pray the stamina buff from the ss will make it unlimited.

Yea it works well with blue and evo but just think about the implications of it on majins and namekians....
If you just have 15 bars of stamina on amale majin with this super soul and you use gogogum to force them to be unable to use any attacks and just sit there while you Regen your stamina at insane speed... It's unbelievable... If you make a majin have a bunch of basic attack damage gogogum and time control with this super soul you become just utterly GODLY... You can sit back and enjoy being UNKILLABLE and if they start spamming then simply grab into time control and grab again to HOLD THEM AT WHATEVER KI THERE AT FOR 16 GRABS.... Think about that for a second... They can't move or spam at all for 16 GRABS and the entire time your just healing and gaining stamina.... EVEN IF THEY HAVE AN ABSERSD DEFENCE AND HEALS THEY STILL WONT BE ABLE TO DO SHIT AGAINST THE INSANE BROKENNESS YOU HAVE... And add mui on top of that to get even more defensive after all that and suddenly you don't even need high damage to win a fight because eventually they will slowly die while you just laugh in the corner tanking and regenerating every hit with 0 consequences

this would be better on ui it's hindering how you play when blue is more of a form you want to be more aggressive as since ki degen and its stamina recovery is already immaculate so have ki auto regen is still better than this specially if it only works if your opponents ki is up. at that point they're more likely to spam you to keep their ki benefiting you
Yes but that’s the goal, spam is easy to avoid and it prevents them from being able to ult you. As a Male saiyan with 200 basic myself it allows me to do way more damage than the opponent in direct fights and if they engage me in a fight and don’t pay attention to the Ki they will give me free health and my stamina back while they only continue to lose more and more stamina themselves.
Now try this ss on a male majin steed... or ssj3 since it has even higher defense buff Male majin will be nasty

So this is what it’s like to use true Ultra Ego
Namekians now having natural Regen combined with this Regen and amazing stamina Regen on top of that...
Majins having the ability to grab into time control forcing the opponent to be stuck at max ki for like 16 GRABS... Constantly getting stamina and health back the entire time... By the time the combo ends they will be DEAD while your at max hp and stamina again....
