    This is one of the best videos produced about building with Bubble. It saved me from so much headache and despair. You may not like the message at first, but thank her later. Thank you!

    I wish I had watched this before buying a template, I had a veyr bad experience. On top of that Bubble doesn't really make it easy for you to try out different templates. I lost so much time and money. I started from scratch and ive been doing better

    Haven’t found a “free” template yet that doesn’t cost money for it to work well or even properly.

    Is there a template, that uses backendless CRM demo app, as a key data source as full backend?

    What about Airdev-Canvas?
    Do you share the same point of view for it too?

      The Airdev canvas is more of a building tool and takes time to learn. It's different than regular templates

      @@coachingnocodeapps So, do you recommend it for long-term projects?
      Would it better instead of only bubble ?

    Great advice! I'm like most people and would like to get my app done and launched fast, and was thinking of using a template for this very reason. You did such a great job of outlining the pros and cons, the short-term rush to get your idea out ASAP, and saying to myself, "I'll fix it in the mix," (I'm a Logic Pro X songwriter/producer), or like the video editors say, "I'll fix it in post." lol

      Totally - they're not bad tool to leverage, but only if it's for the right situation and goal

    What about just theme/design element templates vs app templates?

    • @coachingnocodeapps
      @coachingnocodeapps  2 года назад +1

      If you're just using design components, it'll make it easier. That said, good design relies on consistency, so making sure to carry designs/styles through the app beyond what a template might have built in is important. You'll also want to make sure any designs are built with performance in mind (looking at layout and structure versus aesthetics alone)
