Homelite ZIP chainsaw running too rich makes a terrific mosquito repellant!

1960 Homelite ZIP chainsaw idling, smoking, revving up, and smoking some more! I'm running a 13:1 mix using SuperTec conventional 2-cycle oil (not TCW3). I know that's way too rich for this saw with modern oil, but I wanna make sure the cylinder gets extra lubrication during the first several minutes of run time. I was told it's been decades since the saw ran last. I'm planning on installing a carburetor rebuild kit sometime in the near future, but I'm pleasantly surprise at how well she runs!
