SPIN album has been my Meditation.the last few weeks i have beed sufferimg Bipolar since early adulthood diagnosed at 19 This year is my 29th year dealing with this cronic illness people with a mental illness are high functioning intelligent souls i have now been in hospital for nearly 2 weeks now and i have been so very strong and resiliant over the years but today my mood swings are fluctuating i have been practising my own meditation since i began to read about Buddism each day everyday hour minute second milisecond I Meditate looking at Nature Colours being Artistic and listening to Darryns Music they all provide me with a sence of PEACE & HARMONY for My Beautiful Mind Meditation Makes Me Feel Centred Darryns voice calms my Soul and lifts my Spirits Could anyone provide me a Message of Hope in this time of Need😢

Darren actually wrote this song. Clay recorded it and it was also released by an Aussie boyband "Human Nature". More recently they released an album they recorded with a Symphony Orchestra and Darren sang it with them.
Have you heard the new Human Nature version of this? They've done another and Darren sings with them this time. It's on their latest album "A Symphony of Hits". BTW, for those who don't know, Darren wrote this song.
