One of the things Sean is brilliant at is when he sees his guest struggling and in obvious pain yet then immediately continues with the interview by asking his guest a question that requires some thought and an in-depth answer. It's hilarious to see the guest just trying to catch some air and drink some water, only to have to try and put some thought into a coherent reply of some sort. He does this here at one point with Dakota. 🤣

I didn’t know Dakota Johnson was so funny. I’m sure plenty of people have commented on the Madame Web line … and probably “Gordon Corden” and other great lines from her have been quoted … but I want to give special mention to the moment after she suggested eating a mild wing after the really hot wings to possibly soothe your mouth from the hotness … and he told her it’s “Not nothing” …. and she said “I’m a genius” but the way she pronounced it … like the name “Jen” and then “yus”. Kind of like the LA accent Kristen Wiig does on snl for The Californians , but her expression and the way she delivered it … that was so unexpected for me, it just killed me when she did that. Love her now, no matter how bad some of the movies are.
