Can a Resident Gift Agriland/ Farm house or Plantation to NRI

If I see your earlier Video, You said that NRI Children can not receive agricultural land as a gift from Indian Resident parents. Now you are saying that it is possible to receive agricultual land as a gift from indian resident parents. is it the change in guideline? Can you Please mention the reference w.r.t FEMA Guidelines? I am bit confused now. Thanks in advance.

So NRI can receive agricultural land in Inheritance but cannot do farming or earn income from that and even cannot sell that land. It's just they get in Inheritance then they have to pass someone as an inheritance. Am i correct?

Ofcourse farm land will be used for farming thus creating income which is tax free ?

I am NRI. Can my Uncle (my fathers own brother) gift me agricultural land? Can fathers own brother is considered as a close relative under FEMA act?

Yes, your uncle can gift you agricultural land as he is considered a close relative under FEMA, but you cannot sell or develop it.

Yes we noticed in few videos the voice is fading in & fading out.
It must be a mic issue. we will fix that out.
