i had a great buffet experience. until afterwards.... it was a breakfast buffet. i had french toast, home fries, bacon AND sausage... i was super stuffed and satisfied. my dad said we had to go or we'd be late to (whatever it was). i looked at the full glass of chocolate milk i hadn't touched. i chugged it. worst mistake i have ever made. we didn't make it a mile before i told my dad to pull over or have the inside of his truck showered with 1/4 digested breakfast.

I guess I'm just used to the roads now and can drive a little faster. I never thought of the area as the middle of no where. Haha

I know there were some here in the 80's and probably the early 90's but they shut down. Before this one was built the closest one I know of is 45 miles away. We also didn't have a jack in the box until 5 years ago but we would have commercials for both of them all the time. I LOVE DQ though. Some of the best chicken strips.
i live in detroit. we have old country buffet. its awesome, they have roast beef cut to order, ham mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, swedish meatballs, cakes, cookies, danishes. they have the chocolate fountains. its fat kid paradise. if i forget to eat breakfast, and have a long shift at work, after ill go in there and smash a ton of food. we also have dairy queens around here. there used to be like 8 in my area, but most of them closed in 2008, then we got a sonic in our area and a cold stones ice cream. now there is one dairy queen left on gratiot, and they are crazy busy. there may be others but the only one i have seen recently is on gratiot.

I know I'm going to marry her but she is in college in Washington state and I have an amazing job in Montana so we have a while before we an get married and that really sucks but anyways, your videos like this with Christina always remind me why I am so excited to get through this time and be with my love! I can relate to breaking knuckles on a punching bag machine. *end of video edit*: That'll learn you to get the buffet instead of breakfast at a diner! Also, I disagree that buffets are the perfect eating experience; too much of the food is old or of low quality. I've always loved the short order (non-buffet) breakfast diner type restaurants.

Dairy Queen vastly improved their burgers over the last couple years....they have the best burgers of all the national burger chains
