So who was Batman and who was penguin? I've seen the penguin on tv and film and he don't fight like that if at all.

Penguin’s the one with the gloves. This version of Oswald Cobblepot is younger, thinner, and stronger than the others. He’s called The Penguin because he often commits crimes in a suit and tie with a gas mask that has a bird motif.
