If this is for “education,” why are they being forced to perform several times a day? This is banned in most parts of the world for as reason: these irrefutably intelligent creatures are slaves. This happens more in captivity because how many times they breech the water. This can also happen in warm weather. This can also happen when their unhealthy.
Killer whale's dorsal fins bend because of the gravitational forces, not because they're 'unhappy', It happens in the wild as well and is not a sign that the whale is sick. for example, Port and Starboard are wild orca males who have completely flopped over fins due to this cause.

Those tanks are way too small that's why their dorsal fins fold down because they don't get the type of salt water from the ocean and they need 100 times bigger tanks for them to be able to swim to prevent them from having their dorsal fins from folding over

When I was 12, I saw an orca come up to shore and swallow a seal, it was disturbing. But now I know this is way more disturbing then that, the backstory of this is horrible
