How to Make Single Page Spreads in InDesign

In this beginner InDesign tutorial, learn how to make single page spreads in InDesign. When you create a single-page PDF or other document in InDesign, you want to turn off facing pages to allow your spreads to have a single page layout in your InDesign document.

Whoah.. you should mention that it is the LEFT page of the master spread (parent spread) that will be the single page... If you have a master on the front page (left side) it will no longer be there.. go back and put it on both parents or masters of the spread.. Right?

Technically a spread would be 2 pages would it not? This is how to create a single page document, instead of spreads.

You have spreads, which is a number of pages in view. They can be 1+ pages, even including more than 2 like the case of a trifold brochure. Each spread has its own pasteboard area outside the page bleed. In this case it’s single-page spreads.
Also, that’s what people search for so I’m answering that question
