virtual 2021 First Five Years Celebration

On June 24th, 2021, the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (ELCOC) hosted the virtual 2021 First Five Years Celebration. Annually, ELCOC reaches out through our First Five Years Celebration to raise money for early learning programs. Malika Harrison, Director of Social Responsibility at the Orlando Magic served as the event chair. The dollars raised at the virtual 2021 First Five Years Celebration pay for services not available through our state and federal funding. Service enhancements such as:
- art supplies to encourage creativity and fuel imagination
- tools that promote early language and build vocabulary
- teacher training to foster social emotional development in children and boost resiliency, and
- mentors to strengthen business practices and promote program quality
With the continued support of our community partners, advocates, sponsors, and donors ELCOC raised $107,825.
