My problem is, I have TOO MANY goals! I'm in the middle of getting them ALL out on paper, so I can decide the ones that are going to be the most important for 2024. My fitness/health goal for 2024 (so far, cause I justr started, so need to get more specific with what that actually means): Get pain free (my lower back always hurts from artrosis and my hips for imbalance from having carried and delivered 2 babies) AND get in the best shape of my life!
