I believe they will be happy in the Gambia but many African Americans doesn't get it how we are living in Africa but am telling you we are happy cause we accept what we get,for this family to come back to Africa am very happy for them and I indeed wish them all good lucky for them in their entire life in the Gambia.

Building my wealth so i can leave. I just have my retirement and working partime. Love the areas you show. Daddy is so funny always trying to give daughter away .lol. You guys are so real.

Daddy, you are a natural entertainer, you keep giving your daughter to anyone you meet on the road, I hope my time will also come. Looking forward to this day. Love you always B.A.G. YOUR SON DAVID JARJU
Lawd help me with the Pharaoh Rick!!! I just can't!!! (LOL, LOL, LOL). This video has made me a fan of BAG! PR (Pharaoh Rick, also Public Relations), there is NEVER a dull moment with you!!! You must definitely be a SUN child born in the summer months of July or August. You are hilarious!!! I'm unapologetically Afrikan born in America. I currently live in Atlanta, GA. I've purchased direct beach front property in Accra, Ghana in 2018 at $30k per plot. I have 2 plots. I recently began building a small, private beach resort guest house with a restaurant, beach bar, wellness center, with tourism. Two years ago, if you bought beach front that is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the land was $18k per plot. Today, in 2020, a plot of direct beach front property is $100k or more per plot, and away from the beach is $50k or more per plot. I'll be visiting the Gambia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Liberia in 2020 to hopefully purchase beachfront property to duplicate my Ghana business. I hope I get to hang out with my BAG family while I'm there in the Gambia. Hit me up with your whatsapp number. Much Love and Respect to your Sweet Mama. Gravel roads are fine, but you have to deal with dust. Mud can be a bit trying at times. I guess the natural aspects is what makes it so beautiful. You can have the main roads or paths paved.
Lmao, the last part with Frances😂😂😂😂 Rick is funny 😂😂😂😂 I love the houses and scenery here. It's a chill vibes. A good vibes. A Negril kind of vibes. Good look, good look Ricky. I must try that coffee shop and nah, we ain't eating no fruit bats/birds chewed on😂 I stand by Nadeah and Sweet Mama. Somewhere in the distance that bat is giggling and saying how humans eating his left overs😭 P.S: Nice basket. You can ripen some banana and plantains inside there too if u wanna.
RICKY, S J M AND NADIA, YOU GUYS ARE KILLING ME; BATMAN, HAVE YOU HEARD OF GERMS?😂THE ACID IN THE STOMACH WILL KILL IT!🤔😂To say I love y’all is an understatement. ‘Am addicted!🌹🇬🇧
As a child growing up in the Caribbean we would rather eat the cashews that the birds pick, they tend to be sweeter, put it to the test you will see what I mean...
Country living should still be civilized and clean With paved streets and sidewalks so people don’t have to walk in the street. What are the taxes used for that the government collects? They should take a page from Rwanda’s development.
Rick, give me that mansion at 29:30 near the ocean! WOW! It's amazing how you can live like a king or queen in the Gambia. Thanks for sharing all of your informative videos!
Instead of paved roads, they could try gravel roads. Gravel roads have been used in rural Arkansas for generations. Gravel prevents mud and being stuck when rain comes, and it give you that natural organic effect, not too much beyond dirt.
In a village, people leave things outside and others don't touch and they will come back to get it. Just be careful of that. Don't just pick up stuff like that! Just saying!
I thought the same. I lived in a small town in Gabon for a while and people leaving large items on the side of the road occurred all the time. It might look like trash but it belongs to someone. You generally know what is trash because trash heaps are unmistajable.
Hello B.A.G. Family does the Gambian government allow the locals public access to beach without restrictions? I would be disappointed if a big hotel bars natives/locals from enjoying what’s rightfully theirs.
Man! that is a nice walk and learning with you guys, thank you.. is there a way to upload these videos at a higher resolution cause this is really entertaining.
Can you not purchase the shipping containers at the Gambian port? Most used shipping containers can be purchased directly from the ports. Have you checked into that? We planned on building guest houses for our familiy on our property when we purchase.
I love and enjoy the content of your videos but is there a way the videos can be made better quality wise? like HD?. Thanks for your videos I live in the West and plan on moving to Africa one day , soon hopefully.
Hi BAG family I have been looking at your vlog and I was wandering if for 60000$ USA , it possible to built a 4 bedrooms house in The Gambia? (Solar panel )
it can be poisonous if you eat juicy cashew and milk in the same day so when you eat juicy cashew you have to wait until the next day if you want drink some milk or vice versa
Nothing wrong with eating straight from the tree. Hooah!!!! Poor Willie. "Come support Willie's Coffee Shop. It might be nasty, but come on down anyway."🤣🤣🤣 Y'all kill me, I'm telling you. Now a serious question. Do you know anyone that could tell you the approximate cost for a hectare around Bintang, Joli, Kemoto. Opportunity comes at a price. Better to aim high than come up short.

Gambia is underdeveloped, like seriously. Lacking proper waste and rubbish disposal, especially when the dump in Bakoteh starts burning. The relative peace and affordable living is what makes the country attractive.

That Atlantic ocean view is very beautiful. Just to think that America is all the way on the other end of the Atlantic ocean.
What a beautiful day over there and we are already here on the Midwest looking forward to come over one da

Yes! The view of the Atlantic ocean is simply Beautiful. Loved it!!
Wish you had given us a tour of Billy's coffee shop. The homes are beautiful, but I am down with pave roads. No muddy roads.
I fully agree. The Government should require anyone building a structure should also build a road in front of it and get a tax break for it.
It’s part of the experience!!!
Thanks for sharing. For the kashu fruit it probably been eaten by birds. It signifies that the fruit is sweet most times

Why are all videos I see about the Gambia have muddy and bad roads?
@BMo it’s better than the unbearable heat vaping off the tar roads in the summer and pot holes that tears up your car in the winter.
