Dont be afraid to feel out and receive the thought, it comes from somewhere! but still its like reflectin on whatever previous situation may have cropped up the thought, that made u feel upset or anxious in the moment. "the goal is to start to identify what are some of the negative thoughts that our brain goes to automatically. check: reflect on how accurate and useful the thought is. with a blue thought we want to do something, as yk behaviours thoughts and emotion all connect in a fun "triangle" a triangle squished through our bending of spacetime our brain's solarsystem may represent. so they say ask two questions "Is my thought absolutely 1000% true? is My thought helpful?. if no to these two questions we move onto the next step... Change change the thought for a more accurate and helpful one. we can still have the distressing thought, in my eyes, correct me if i am wrong, i sometimes think my energy better spent on like more productive thoughts. so like mody th thought and it could?? lead to a better behaviour. or atleast in the moment give yourself a stress break, whatever it is. like cold water on face. massaging shoulders, stretching, yoga, breathing, positive thoughts, journaling, squishy self-soothe, wtvr wtvr. yea and if you cope ahead, meditatie etc. these stressful experiencess become more of the opportunity for growth that they are already
and through goign through these things you i guess can journal and reflect, see what went wwrong and see areas for growth and self-improvement, so we can set SMART goals (specific measurable actionable relevant timebound) and take breaks!! and talk with friends like with a therapist (with rizz i mean boundaries)
