Brilliant location Dave and some stunning footage. You could have done with some micro spikes on those slippery muddy paths. Seriously. I've never done it myself but I've heard of people using them in similar situations.

Stunning spot! The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks is pure bliss. I really need to get back up to Scotland with the family this summer. We still haven’t been to the Isle of Skye. So pretty. Enjoyed the video 👍 ATB

Right at the northern tip of Skye is Rubha Hunish. An outcrop accessed by a steep scramble down - I’d love to see you camp there; it’s wild! Started the Skye Trail from the very tip of it a few years back. 👌🏼

enjoying the channel very much 🙌, I'm also using the Allak 2 for myself and the dog , Needed the extra room, I was just wonder what the max wind speed you have experienced sine owning yours ?
Hi Andrew. Glad you’re enjoying my videos. I’ve had my Allak in 50mph gusts. In strong winds I find it best to split the guys to a single peg of their own rather than two guys sharing the same peg. I do this on the windy end of the tent. You can see me doing this in my recent videos. Hope this makes sense. ATB 👍

Hi mate, thanks for making all your videos. I really enjoy your channel. You know on the Hilleberg Allak. Does the front door/mesh hold up well against the fasteners? If so, does it have more than one fastener that holds up the door once you roll it up? Reason I ask If I've got a Nordisk Telemark 2 and it has one flimsy little clip and its a right faff to get it to hold the door open. Thanks. Steve.

While watching this wonderful video of yours, I looked at the rocks carefully, I had studied geological engineering. I realized that the rocks are of volcanic and sedimentary origin. Later, when I typed Isle of sky into Google, I saw that my guesses were correct. Thank you very much for this wonderful video. Thank you for your effort❤
