There's three ways I look at this. 1) Good: Naruto gets stabbed, but doesn't give up because he has his friends supporting him. 2) Bad: Naruto gets fatally stabbed, but can't give up because his friends won't let him die in peace, and throw his still warm corpse at Sasuke. 3) Worst: Sasuke knows he'll have a Rinnegan one day and is stocking up on useful bodies.
