Great video ! Just wanna say i think i heard that ice baths help to get back on your feet quicker, stopping fatigue but also muscle adaptation. Pretty much it puts you back in time before the training session. So it would be useful when you have to make max effort a couple of days in a row but not necesserly during training. Of course, don't take my word for it I don't even remember where I saw this
Stops muscle adaptation moreso after hypertrophic training than muay Thai training, but you are right. if it was solely weightlifting you have to wait at least 4 hours before an ice bath, but they're best done in the morning if hypertrophy is the goal. Torell will be reducing inflammation mostly. Hope that helps!

You are living in a place that has summer always and you are very young. So its easy to do all this. But if you livinh in a place that has no sun and freezing temperatures abd you are close to 40 of age its thousand times harder.
