- ➤ Bulk Hiring / Campus Recruitment is a strategy for sourcing and hiring young crowd for internship or entry-level positions for medium- to large-sized companies with high-volume recruiting efforts.
Once the Hiring process is completed - The HR has to work on generation of offer letters and rollout the offer letters to the hired candidates which is a repetitive and mundane task. How about an Robot doing the same for the Team.
This use case is called the Generating offer letter which we would be looking at the Problem Statement. We will explore the As Is vs To be Process. Design the solution approach and Code the entire Automation using UiPath Studio.
👉 If you are a Beginner in the technology - This use case can help you build expertise in RE Framework and the RPA Technology
👉 This is the First part of the video where we are only Coding the Dispatcher Robot. In the upcoming one - we would be looking at the Performer Part. Stay Tuned !

Mukesh, What do you mean by saying Dispatcher can also be built using REF?
Can I say that the REF template that we use to create to work with Datatable is an example of this?
Yes absolutely , here we need to executed the dispatcher only once hence we used sequence… we can change re framework to work with linear process and use in dispatcher
If read range variable not getting means most probably we kept in excel scope only. So if we want to use the read range variable out of the excel scope Definitely we should have to change the read range scope.
In case we do not want to use an Excel Application Scope then in that case - we can use the workbook activities.

Sometime the transaction takes time to reflect , also validate the orchestrator , Folder and the queue Name
here i have created new queue iteam according to the video but when i am publishing it , it throws an error saying the queue does not exsist and the publish compliion is failed or cancelled. what to do now?
Check If you are connected to the correct orchestrator and the Folder, Also Studio should be connected to Orchestrator

Thank you for Posting great videos. For suppose if hr wants everyone data to be stored in queue like a database. Is there any option for us to filter hired candidates after 19 transactions adding to the queue.
Because I want to send offer letter to hired candidates and rejected mail for rejected candidates. We can use 2 bots to perform this action but is it possible to filter adding to queue.
I'm thinking that we can use if condition in dispatcher to filter all the candidates to two different queues.
Yes absolutely - we can add data to multiple Queues or while adding to queue - I just upload everything without filter - Now in performer based on status - we send the mails accordingly.
sir how to get that admin folder in orchestrator, its not there in my orchestrator
That is I have created - You pass the name of folder where you have created your assets and queue

Here in Status column hired or rejected both can be uploaded to queues and while processing in process transaction state in performer, Can we raise a business exception if like if status is rejected then bot should raise business exception saying candidate is rejected and to go next transaction can we do like this ?
Yes Absolutely you can do the same...
1. Add all the Items to the Queue
2. Inside the Process Transaction - Read the status from the queue Item
3. If Condition - Status = Rejected
4. Throw new Business Rule Exception
5. This is skip the Current and Jump to Next Transaction.

Excel Application Scope - Reading: Failed opening the Excel file C:\Users\Lenovo\Desktop\personal\FP\CandidateInfo.xlsx. Possible reasons: the file is corrupt, the file is already used by another process or you don't have permissions to open the file. How to deal with this exception?
C:\Users\Lenovo\Desktop\personal\FP\CandidateInfo.xlsx. Open this Excel , Copy the content and save it in a new excel - Use that excel in that automation - Also for using excel application scope you should have excel licence.

Hi Mukesh .. I came across a doubt here .. I see we are using add bulk queue items here .. can we use unique reference for that ? While creating the queue we find an option for enabling unique reference but can we add unique references to the queue items if we add it as a bulk ?
No we Cannot - Bulk add queue Item would not allow us to have a unique reference. In case you want to have a unique reference - Use Add queue Item.

Hello, @mukeshkala I am a beginner to RE framework as well as to uipath and I am trying to do trainings through uipath academy and reframework use cases are not that clear in those tutorials as they are little bit fast paced.
I am looking for initial ui demo app use case provided in the academy using queue.
Do you have any use cases where you have used building reframework with queue?

@@MukeshKala thank you I tried following along with the video and was able to understand the concepts but the performer is not working as expected due to some setup reasons in my orchestrator and also I have an error saying “HR_OfferLetter_Hired” queue doesn’t exist though I have added the queue. 1. Data Count being added to Queue - Check the Data Size before Adding
2. Exception in Adding - See if Continue on Error is marked as True
3. Run in Debug Mode and Keep looking the Count and Exeptions
When I am adding "filter data table" activity its coming with yellow color highlight, and when I debug the process the filtered hired employee log gives count of 0. kya hi galati ho gayai hogi?

Size and sprints , the release are planned say once a month .. but if something urgent fix comes , then it can happen early as well

Hi bro u said re framework can be used for dispatcher but in expo hub channel they said dispatcher should not be implemented using re framework as in case of system exception it will re initialise the application, Please could you clarify this ?
That Depends on how you want to use it - Lets say I have an automation where I want to load the queue with data from several pdf files - Now when loading the data I might get system exception - Then I would require the applications to be reinitialized

Hello Mukesh, I'm facing issue while adding data into queue using add bulk items. Can you please help in this ? Error "Bulk Add Queue Items: bulkAddQueueItemsParameters must not be null Error code: 0"
1. Please validate the dataTable are having data to be added to queue
2. Check the queue and the Folder Name that you have specified
3. Check if the header of the data having any special characters .. if so , plese Remove them

Please verify the below Things -
1. The Name of the Queue which you are passing / coming from Config - Try to print it in a writeline and see the name before passing to Bulk add queue
2. Check if the DataTable is Not Null and have some value to add
