Very nice! I really like the starting sketch, and the mini Beach hangout below the play deck. Thanks for the video
Thank you so much! Going to get started on my next disabled veteran project for the kiddos especially during shelter in place. You all rock! Love you all and be safe!
Wish I had a grandpa that could build that.. Actually wish i still just had a grandpa :( ... So cool you did this for your grandkids. It means a lot to them. My grandpa built me a rocking chair jewelry box and doll closet and I kept them all.. you are so cool.
MyRobertadams 😊
Awesome video, love the kids helping all the way through and testing things out. Also like how you wrapped the posts at the base and just set the playset on the ground vs digging in. We did that and put concrete pavers under the corners to reduce wood to ground contact, then put in some screw anchors in areas where the kids wouldn't trip over them. Thanks for making the video.
How can people not like this?????
Que hermoso trabajo!!!!, se lo voy a hacer a mi nieta!!! un abrazo desde Chile!!!! Gracias!!!!!

Great build but any concerns about using treated lumber? I have read in several places that the arsenic used in the treating process can be dangerous. Thanks!
Love it
Very great work. Love the fact that it was a family project!!!!. What size screws and lag bolts did you use?
BRAVO au Grand Père !...
What kind of fasteners did you use? We tried building one but it didnt feel very sturdy. Thanks
Awesome video I love it. Do you got any cut list or plans for this project?
Thank you! Check the description below video and click on show more. There is a link to drop box where you can download drawing. Good luck!
Thanks for sharing the video this is great.
Can you tell me what you used for anchoring the 4x6 beam on the top of the tower & A-frame?
can you please tell me what kind of hardware you used. Mainly the main frame; Lag Bolts? Bolts & Nuts? I can figure out the little stuff with galvanized screws but I see that u used a ratchet on a lot of connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
What a great Playset. This is exactly what I've been searching for to build for my 2 year old. I have a couple questions. Is the deck at 4 feet or 5? where did you purchase the monkey bars, swings and other hardware from? Would you be willing to share the design? Thank you for sharing!
MyRobertadams Thank You for the plans.
4 feet is a good size because lumber usually comes in 4, 8, 12 or 16 foot sections. 10 as well but dividing by 4s is the best way to optimize lumber usage and keep cost down. Most big hardware stores stock the playset hardware kits from manufacturers like Swing and Slide, we usually got ours from Lowes or Home Depot.
What was the cost of this project? Been wanting to build one but is it pricey or should i just buy something premade
Wow
Nice Work Sir!!! May I know What size Carriage bolts did you use?
wow.. beautiful. .I got two little kids and they will love it. do you have any procedure and drawing that you could share with me?
Sweet.. thank you sir

What screws and bolts did you use?
Building this set for my toddlers this spring. Just wanted to know total height, how tall are your 4x4 posts?
Also, how much total for materials? (Estimate)
I tried downloading the prints, but it says it's incorrect formating :(
How high is your slide from the ground? I'm thinking about building one, but I kind want a tube slide...
Wow you look young for a grandparent :p
Your welcome! You could pass as my parents age :)
I mean you look as young as my parents*
For the time being, I do think that Woody Hyezmar is yet giving his Woodworking Bible to those who are interested. Just though I’d mention it.
would you mind sharing the design ?
See the notes below the video, click on show more and there is a link for Drop Box where you can download the design at no charge.
I hate these projects. I always keep miscalculating and returning to the local hardware store cause I forgot or miscalculated material or supplies 😏
MyRobertadams happens to me all the time! Anyway, nice project 👍🏼
buy extras of everything, then return unused stuff, that's what I do lol
Can you send me the link
