i think it could add a little more squillanto to each interpretation, because with this voice setting it's more like a slightly lighter baritone. generally superb just let him sing the original and let him not add some of his pre-emotional implants because he spoils the charm of the original performance. I have noticed that in each aria there is something of its own that spoils the composer's original idea.

You have to be glad Jonas Kaufmann isn't the best singer, that he could have room for improvement, cause that means he's going to sound better the next time you hear him and won't get tired of listening to him. But this indeed is a great performance.
