If it weren’t for the pandemic I’d get on a plane to Moscow just to see what God has done there through your ‘yes’ to His call. There aren’t many teachers like you around anymore. Perhaps that’s why the hunger is so great here in the US. You are the real deal. The Holy Spirit heard my groaning for a teacher who can feed my soul. Thank you 🙏

God bless you pastor rick. I just found you very recently. Im 65 now and have dealt with all these infirmities you have explained in a way that never reached me quite the way God wanted me to get. Many yrs ago when i was a baby christian i really struggled with prayer. This scripture was one of the very first that really stuck with me. I spent much time reading and listening to sermons on many biblical topics and wanted that beautiful orayer language I had heard others praying in bible study etc. when i tried to pray in front of people i didnt have the words and felt like a failure. I had been thru alot of abuse in childhood and in marrige and was still so lost from childhood trama as well as the marriage issues. I recall going to a divorce seminar at my church. They ask us one by one to come up and right a verse down that had helped us when we were really struggling. It was romans 8:26. I cant tell you back then not knowing much of the word at all and still very spiritually weak how that versus came to my mind. I remember being very imbarrassed as i walked forward because the only thing come ng to mind as i approach was the famous john 3:16. . All thru the years I've always struggled to pray out loud with others , still do. In private i knew God just wanted me to talk to him about everything and nothing. Lol your teaching has confirmed that scripture but has also helped me understand the true understanding of the Holy spirit. Thk you so much for your faithfulness thru it all.

I have a question. The verse says the Ho;ly Spirit is "itself" , not Himself. Is Holy Spirit an 'it" ? Are there other verses to suggest Holy Spirit is "him" instead of "it"?
In Greek, the Spirit is το πνεύμα. The το is the definite article for neutral nouns. BUT doctrinally, we believe the Holy Spirit is He. Hope this explanation helped.
I would like more info so I can research for myself, having a little problem with finding the the exact Greek word you are using what word study book r u using, found a couple of them but where did u get the extra info for it, are you using "word studies helps"? just want to study for myself, no disrespect intended
I just noticed he called the Spirit a person?… How can a "Spirit" ' be human? Jesus tells us in Luke 24:39 that a spirit has no flesh and bones. Also, when I look up the word Spirit in Greek, it's not saying the word he said. It says pneuma/breath; spirit.
