That PK dam gate system seems super complicated. And someone has to go down to it to finish opening it. wow!

This is very well done. I’d like to see how these dams are related to one another on a map and talk about the watershed for each area.

What most don't know is that these dams are on DIFFERENT rivers. Lake Limestone with the Sterling C. Robertson Dam is on the Navasota River, not the Brazos.

The 3rd dam seems crude and primitive, yet is supposed to be the most modern one out of the lot of them?

In the video, they were presented in this order: 1) Sterling C. Robertson Dam, 2) DeCordova Dam, 3) Morris Sheppard Dam. Sterling C. Robertson Dam at Lake Limestone was completed in 1978. DeCordova Bend Dam at Lake Granbury was completed in1969. Morris Sheppard Dam at Possum Kingdom Lake was completed in 1941.

Well it's June 1st 2021 the Brazos Rivers 2 ft below flood stage all-time record and is rolling like the rapids. We get the rain this coming week we're supposed to East Waco's going to disappear!

I know time of year matters but I also know these 3 dams are on the north end of the river, anyway, always weird to see the Brazos not muddy.

When we have so many polluters from making electricity. I cannot understand why don't you have more drive to install medium size hydro that is fish friendly in every location that is practical to redeem profit to make another insulation.

There used to be hydro on PK, and it is my understanding it was shut down. I do not recall the reason. But thank goodness for "conservation" discharge from the PK dam.
