VR&E vs GI Bill: Can Liberty University still accept both? (Hey, pilots!)

For years, veterans have relied on Liberty University and Liberty University Online for pilot training. At least some VR&E counselors are telling veterans they cannot go to Liberty for pilot training.
But what is the truth?
