I’m desperately interested in getting enough sleep for healthy longevity, however, sadly, there is no way I can realize this. Therefore, I try to get a lot of sleep when I can as much as possible and I find this much better than not sleeping at all. I guess I won’t live long….. How can you ignore crying babies, sick parents, and/or work for your living? If everyone is single and can manage their own time; I believe it is possible. Or is it that your own longevity must be put before everything? Life is not easy.
I did quit caffeine and I try closing my eyes in chunks.

This Sleep expert is speaking what he thinks about the importance of sleep, but there are other perspectives that are also “true”. I choose a different path, I like you suffer from insomnia, and I’ve found a much more positive enlightening vision with The Sleep Coach, Dr Daniel Erichson

I mean it's easy if you are unemployed but I don't think every single human on earth should become unemployed just for better sleep. As nice that would be, the world wouldn't work that way.

In another talk he says naps are great now he is saying there bad ?

I think he is suggesting that naps are bad when you struggle to sleep at night. In the other talk he was probably saying that if you don’t get enough sleep or have no problem falling asleep at night then naps are great.

Regarding your part on jet lag, there has been an experiment that linked food depravation and coping with jet lag. Don t eat 1 hour before you go to the airport, don t eat on the way to the airport, don t eat in the airport, don t eat on the plane. Eat at the first meal time when you land. This is how you cope with jet lag and I am a little disappointed that you stated in the course that there is no cure for jet lag. Please do your research before making bold claims regarding no cure for jet lag. Thank you.

Also one experiment or one study does not mean that it is replicable in real life and warrants a mention from Prof. Walker
