@@tripleoo0338 I’m Chinese with melasma n I’ve been using hydroquinone n tretinoin in the highest percentage for over 2 decades. I use both year round n fortunately, I do not have irritation or the reverse effect. With that said, everyone is different. Start low n slow. I would highly suggest u consult with ur derm. Good luck!
Where I live we don't have here hydroquinone but we have a lot of Eucerin's patented thiamidol products and it seems to also work really well, i.e retinol/adapalene/tretinoin in PM and thiamidol with SPF in AM.
@@Neutrino939it must be. Because i have seen lots of people so happy with first days of its use and then the worse time start when they stop it. I myself bought just now hydroquinone and tritenoin for my melasma but i will be very careful with its use. I will use it two times per week or may be one time per week mixed it with my moisturiser. Hope it work well.
What do you mean by titrate the use nightly? I have a 4 percent tube from my derm and I use it sparingly over the dark spots after moisturising. I also noticed with my last tube the tube (a white metal tube) turned brownish on the outside, the cream inside didn't change colour. Kept it refrigerated all the time. Why does this happen?
If I am using tretinoin how can I alternate with hydroquinone or can they be mixed . I don’t understand how to use them I have them separate but only us eone right now
I use both my derm recommended me wait 30 minutes in between. I use Tret first and then HQ. Sometimes I put one right after the other without much wait. Perhaps your derm may recommend differently
I'm on hydroquinone+tretinoin treatment right now since I had severe breakouts due to stress
Hello sorry to bother but Can i know how is your skin right now? Does it have any side effects? Is it effective? Please let me know the progress ❤

i DON'T LISTEN TO TATTOOS
Lol it's always weird seeing so called professionals exhibiting tattoos in the medical field. Almost a contradiction.
The tattoos aren’t talking 😂
