Hey man question i replaced the solenoid gasket but theres like some type of sensor under it and I think its leaking from there any idea what thats called
If you're talking about the sensor visible at 8:43 I don't think it can leak, it may just be residual oil. Try cleaning it and see if it comes back. Be careful when cleaning sensors!
Pragmatic Pete i replaced that gasket but today when I checked there was oil on top of that rubber cover of the sensor so Im guessing maybe the bolts on the solenoid arent tight enough
@@draksonc I googled it and they get torqued down to like 8.7ft lbs which isnt super tight. I recommend pulling it, cleaning the surface it mounts to, and making sure that gasket is in tight and reinstall.
“It’s not that hot out” turns the camera drenched in sweat🤣🤣
BEAUTIFUL VID BRO 🤙🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
what do i do if i strip one of the bolts
Anyone use aftermarket solenoid? Would that be a bad move or should it be oem.
So would that solenoid throw the code p2646 if it was faulty?
Does that throw the and engine code for p2646?

Also make sure to tighten them down equally, dont tighten one down 100% while the other two bolts are loose, do it like lug nuts on a wheel.
Pragmatic Pete oh ok i will try that thank you
