I used to have a copy of 'Between World's (hemi-sync)' on my mp3 player. It was about 45mins long I think and I spent many a night Synced Up and Blissed Out :) I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to up their meditations a notch or two!

it is the `between worlds` by HEMI SYNC - they sell it on their website - but....i would not reccommend using it unless you are trained in shamanic work. it takes you to the Underworld and trust me, you don`t want to go there unprotected. I am initiated and still got freaked out and had to stop. x Blessings!
Thank you for the upload im trying to think of a way to make my staffs working day more enjoyable and help them be more relaxed I have been playing these tunes in the back ground of the working day and seeing if there is any difference in there moods and productivity. have you got any more ideas what else would be good to play as I understand it needs to be a tone that is in the background ;-)
