I held back on getting the Rare Beauty liquid blush at first because of so many past experiences of being underwhelmed by products that got that much hype. But the Rare Beauty liquid blush deserves every single accolade and it's one of my very favorite products. I really appreciate these videos where you rank hyped products because I feel like we're living in a time of hype over-saturation where everything is sold across multiple platforms as the best and consumers are rightfully becoming wary.
I agree with you about the elf putty blushes & bronzers - they also were stiff in the pan & hard for me to pick up & blend. Now the revolution cream bronzer… it’s near perfect, like you said. I’m glad I listened to your recc, it’s a wonderful formula. I only wish they had a slightly less saturated shade but blending it out makes it appear pretty seamless. I’m wearing it today to a final interview I’m attending :) have an awesome rest of your day, Kelly!

This is probably just a difference in application preferences, but I tend to prefer using a sponge or a brush for face products over fingers. I only find that I can get away with using fingers to dab out some sheer, liquid blushes.
Thank you for the real truth on the ELF putty products. I watched a UT creator over 2 years ago rave about the color Tan Lines and I rushed out to buy it and the corresponding brush. After a dozen failed tries with/without brush, threw them away. Love your choices for your ranking vids!

Those rare beauty liquid highlighters are great to mix in with a liquid blush or liquid bronzer. It’s one of the reasons I bought their mini kit this year! The Sol bronzers from ColourPop are great cream bronzers, for the money. I am also going to endorse the Phytosurgence cream bronzers.

I wish merit would create a more neutral toned bronzer, or create some contours. Because of my undertones, a lot of bronzers lean orange. The lightest bronzer from Merit turns bright orange on my skin. It is such a bummer because it is low enough pigment for me to use, but the color is just not it.
My favorite cream blush is Elf's Luminous Putty Blush and my favorite cream bronzer is Makeup Revolution Ultra Cream Bronzer. When I wear the Elf Putty Bronzer and then layer the Makeup Revolution one on top, it shows and works so well together. I do love the Elf Halo Glow Beauty Blush Wand on and it's so beautiful for a no makeup makeup look. Milani's Cheek Kiss Blush I haven't tried but I will when I go to Target.
Thank you for the rec for Revolution cream bronzer! I tried Makeup by Mario & while I loved the formula, the medium shade is just too yellow for me. I ordered Revolution in medium on Ulta for $4 & it's fantastic!! Slightly more pigmented product but looks exactly the same once blended out & less yellow. I wish Light/Med in the Mario would show on me, it's such a nice balance of warm & cool tones. Thanks for saving me $30!!!

In my experience liquid products expire even faster than creams, so that makes me hesitant to try any new ones (especially more high end products).
If you’re looking for a CT pinkgasm dupe, get the Max Factor Miracle Pure Infused Cream Blush in the shade 01 radiant rose. Very similar formula, identical colour.

Long time viewer - first time commenter - your videos are awesome, and responsible for most of my makeup purchases. :) I know this is an oldie, so maybe not worth ranking, but do you still use glossier cloud paints? Those are still my favorite cream/liquid blushes. They last my entire 10 hour work day, without fail, and pretty easy to blend out or build.

Kelly, you need a longer arm. I've been using the Revolution bronzer for a long time, and it's great. Another recommendation that I got from Nikki La Rose is the LYS bronzer stick ( $20.00 ). My shade, light seems to be sold out at Sephora. But I really want to try it.
Wasn’t a fan of the Makeup Revolution cream bronzer formula. It was too dewy/wet looking. Very easy to blend but the tones looked muddy on me. I returned it.
Elf putty blushes are so bad I straight up threw them away- which I never do. Usually I try to pass products that don't work for me along to my friends but the elf putty blushes sucked so bad I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy lol. Patchy, pick up unevenly and just hard to apply

I feel like I haven't seen these earrings in ages but I remember them from QUITE a while back when I started watching (for sure before NYC) One thing I love about Kelly is her realistic approach to shopping/using what you have. I keep my stuff for YEARS too. It's really nice to feel on the same wavelength with someone, even if we've never met!
I returned mine. I bought the lightest shade. When swatched it looks neutral, but as you blend it out it turns kind of yellowy-orange (at least on me).
I loooove Rose Inc bronzer exactly for the same reason for what you hate it for 😂 I have light warm olive skin tone and this is THE best tone for me ever (Parrot Kay).

I find that the formulas work best if you use your fingers because it heats up the product and makes it really creamy and blendable

I’ve shared it a bit in some of my GRWMs! But I’ll try to use it in a video soon :) I usually blend it with a semi-dense brush (like the BK 109)
