- The Vizsla is an incredibly gifted athlete and anyone who has followed this channel or @TheFarmForDogs would be familiar with their extreme athletic exploits. Whether in the pool or in the field, they never cease to amaze us with their spring and speed. We've had the privilege of sharing The Farm with quite a few Vizslas over the years. They truly are a majestic canine.

I LOVE Vizslas....my life would not be complete without them. If you have a Vizsla, say goodbye to personal space because they are up in your business 24/7. They give great hugs and have a hard time controlling their "licker". ❤❤
Sparty, Rodney, Stella, Hera, Frankie what a great pack of Vizsla's. Now Hera has a little brother Lief. This is what I love about Luke is he has always explained about the difference in the dog breeds and what to expect. I think one of the biggest reasons dogs end up in shelters is because people choose the wrong breed for their family. The Vizsla is a high energy dog that needs a true pack leader and lots of exercise. Not a dog that will lay around all day without destroying things if you don't keep them active. No one can out jump Sparty with creative jumps in the pool with the amazing twists and turns. While in the smaller pool Bandit use to always get his Vizsla's to do his bidding by jumping into the pool for the toy then he would walk around to the ramp and take the toy away from them smart boy that Bandit Boy is.

And if any of the Vizslas didn't give up the toy in a timely manner Bandit would bop them on the head with his paw. Cracked me up every time.

@@connieandgwennie1450 Thanks I did forget Hugo. I was going by the dogs names they talked about in the vlog and I missed Hugo. Sometimes it goes so fast. I kept trying to count them because I thought someone was missing but they move to fast to even count. LOL

Aww, I miss those crazy Vizslas! Remember how many of Luke's shirts were shredded by enthusiastic swimmers climbing all over him?! 😂💚
The pool acrobatics are always my favorite, and really highlights their athleticism. And I have to say it's nice to see that even Luke gets them confused sometimes!😂😂

Love seeing the Vizslas. I just learned Billy is a girl. She’s at the farm now and I kept wondering if she was a boy or girl. I just hard Luke say “ good girl, Billy or Billie”. She’s a cute little thing.
Vizslas are THE best! Their intensity is not for everyone but I simply love a Velcro Vizsla!!
I've learned a lot about Vizslas from you guys. I don't think I'd seen a Vizsla before. They are definitely both athletic and affectionate❤️🇬🇧

I’d never heard of Vizslas until I found DDFT. They are gorgeous and athletic dogs and so much fun to watch. Their leaps into the pool are amazing and look how Bandit trained them to jump in the pool after his piggy and bring the piggy back to him, only to do it over and over again. Loved the fun facts. The first video that I saw of the DDFT was with the Vizlas and Golden Retriever flying on the pool, I wanted to know more about this place... I subscribed and became a member 😃, so thanks to Sparty, Franky and the others ❤
Beautiful high energy yet very affectionate lovies. And I smiled when Luke mistook one for another as I could not tell them apart - I can't even tell Mathilda, Rosie & Banjo apart especially when they are in motion🤣🤣🤣

I am with you.... I cannot tell the German Shepherd trio apart at all!! As for the Vizlas I am also at a loss!!
I’ve heard of the breed but didn’t know all the fun facts. They are absolutely a gorgeous dog. I sure have enjoyed them at the farm and how they formed the game of fetch with Bandit in the pools. Their high jumping to catch the lure is a thing of beauty to watch and sometimes funny. But most of all I have enjoyed their close bond with Luke. Thank you Ben for all the informative facts. ♥️♥️

Another great start to the day. On a cold wet, with a touch of frost,Autumn morning here in South Wales (the one in the UK 😂😂😂), there is nothing like the joyous playfulness of these furries. I miss Bandit’s and Sparty’s game of fetch in the pool. But this video brought back so many lovely memories of watching the Vizslas boundless energy and happy smiling faces. 😄😄😄😄
So much fun. I wonder if I should add a Vizsla to our pack with a GSP and yellow lab. Nothing like a lot of energy x 3… Fun!
One of my rescue dogs is Vizsla mix. She is about 40 lbs and short , tipped ears. Her eyes are beautiful brown with the natural eyeliner. Her body shape and face, is that of a Vizsla. Her coat contains many shades of reddish brown and golden brown. She is a VERY fast and agile runner. She steals toys, not to be mean, rather because she longs for someone to chase her! She loves being chased. My shelties could care less as they prefer to herd in circles. She is a most expressive dog with her face, body and tail . She fears baths, so I don’t thing swimming is her thing. Although ,we don’t have a pool , so , hard to say. She is a
defender, a sniffer hunter, pointer and a cuddle bug. She does love curl up affection. She is very smart and also sensitive as Vizslas can be . Just an adorable family member and alpha of my pack of 4. She is very obedient, more so than my other dogs.
Edie Wall she sounds like a wonderful dog. Uncle Luke could probably get her in the water. Since they are hunting dogs with webbed feet for swimming. We had friends with Collies and every time you got in their swimming pool they would herd around the pool and bark because they wanted to rescue you. So they had to put them inside. LOL
@@Eurocatbaby LOL. That sounds hilarious. Well, Uncle Luke looks busy, besides , we are in the US , so a bit far for my pack. But I do hope to try her in a pool one day. And she is so very beautiful and sweet. All dogs are precious, and perfect in their own way, I tell each of my 4 dogs ( a different set of 8 in the past ) that they are each perfect and I say to them “ Thank you for being my baby”.
@@ediewall6360 I'm in the US too. When you try her in the pool do like Luke does by taking them in and holding them for support. He is always so sweet and gentle with them. We don't have dogs these days since we aren't as mobile and dogs need someone to walk and play outside with them. So we love The Farm Videos because we miss having dogs but now we rescue feral cats. So we have 1 shelter cat and 3 ferals that we have taken in they are our babies too. We also feed the ferals in our neighborhood. We do TNR also which is trap, neuter and release to get the population of unwanted kittens down.
@@Eurocatbaby Thank you for serving the animals. Ferral cats are not easy. I hope someday we can find an answer that is best for all of the homeless animals.
As far as for yourself, being less mobile, do you know about Med Beds coming soon and Celestial Chambers in 2024??? I am retired from the medical field myself as a cardiac ultrasound tech. You may recall , Trump stating that we were going to be getting rid of diseases. That is very true. Well over 6,000 beneficial technologies , in many categories will begin to come in, in 2023. The Swamp needs to be drained first b/c those that are greedy want to keep technologies from the public and keep them for themselves by making them too expensive for most people. That is changing. The military will be in charge of Med Beds, and their use will be free to all. Celestial Chambers will be far more advanced than Med Beds in speed, range of functions and quality. These will be free also. Info out there on Med Beds is very vague right now, and some of it is fully just wrong. Jared Rand will be manufacturing Celestial Chambers ( no one else but Rand) in Colorado. He is VERY forthcoming with info on these. You can go to “ interviews” tab on www.weareonelightforall.net. I live in the Pacific NW and I plan to have a few healing centers with Celestial Chambers , beginning in 2024. Age reversal , along with no more diseases, will be a very real thing!

Fun video to watch! I LOL when Luke got the 2 doggies confused. Honestly, I am not sure if I could keep them all straight, fortunately, Luke, Sam and the team know them all. I'd never seen the viszla breed before I started watching DDCFT a couple of years ago. Such beautiful high energy dogs, so affectionate and ready for action any time. I sure miss Sparty's spectacular diving skills. But most of all I miss those Monday mornings, straight off the bus, mad dash to the big paddock and then chasing Luke on the quad/ATV. Stretching out, running full pelt, barking with joy, long ears flapping. Watching that was the best part of my day. Thanks for putting this compilation together Ben. It was really a beautiful thing to see.

Word has it that Vizsla's were introduced into Hungary in 809 AD by the Mygars. The Vizsla originating from the Turkish Yellow dog [now extinct]. The Vizsla formed the basis for the German Shorthaired Pointer and the Weimaraner breeds. Vizsla's are amazing dogs if you have the energy for one - don't get it as a house dog; they need plenty of off-leash running. Oh, and be prepared for a one-on-one contact/bonding - they aren't called the velcro dogs for no reason!

My old neighbor used to have one , I definitely think that they are a very high active breed , but they are Alot of fun, I used to always throw the ball over the fence to play with his dog and he caught us playing along the fence running back and forth, he said if you want to come over and play with him u can, I loved that dog then my dad and him would walk our dogs together in the evening after that it was really nice and it was fun watching my dog make a best friend he would open his side of the fence and our dogs would run around together and I would throw the ball to them, thank you for sharing this video with us and all the cool information, this video brought back some nice child hood memories for me

I love these breed portraits and the fun facts! Since following the Farm I always get excited now when spotting a Vizsla, don’t think I ever noticed them before. 😂 I wonder if including some tips what to be aware of in a breed would spoil the fun? 🤔 E.g. high prey drive, will eat your home when mentally and/or physically bored.
They are gorgeous dogs, I love their red coat and their beautiful eyes, their energy, but indeed I don 't have a lifestyle that would make him happy.

Vizslas are a lot of fun. A friend's son had one and he and my Boxer used to play sometimes. With her Mum's cranky old Shih Tzu telling them what to do 😉

What happened to all the vizsla‘s? There used to be so many on the farm! I had a friend growing up who had a Vizsla and every time we were swimming in the pool together this dog would rescue us. He would swim to us one at a time and gently take her hand in his mouth and swim us to the edge of the pool to safety. He was a magnificent dog!!!

Loved this video about the Vizlas! They are so athletic and little rascals too! You can't help but love them as they are affectionate too! Sparty was the one I focused on most. Loved their skills at the big pool, doing 360 jumps!! Hard to tell them apart at times, so I had to giggle when Luke got them mixed up, as it is easy to do. I remember a clip of the lounge room full of sleeping dogs except for a prowling vizsla...It's interesting- if frustrating- that from a distance they all look the same!! I love reading the fun facts Ben. Before I started watching the Farm channel I had never heard of a lot of dogs breeds the Viszlaz being one of them. Nice to see Adam. I often wonder how he is doing now with his doggie day care. He was such and asset to The Farm and an awesome help to Luke and showed so much love and affection for all the dogs. I remember the video when he named Faith and Hope. Perfect names for mom and daughter boxer. Adam: sure miss you in the videos and hope you and Ashley are doing fine. 😮. It would be awesome to have an update on Adam!
