When I was watching your older videos I used to feel pressured to get work done, because people make it seem like you NEED it even before 30. There is nothing that stops aging but we can take care of ourselves to look and age gracefully. Look up Ernestine Shepherd, she's the world's oldest female body builder. She's 88 years old and still mobile, muscular and fit. She started fitness in her late 50's imagine if we start 20's-30's
I'm not even a germaphobe, but after getting sick the last 3 times I traveled, I now wear a mask when I fly and it was a game changer. Hope you're feeling 10x better!!
I tested positive for c0vid September 13th, went back to the ER the 17th and they said I had a blood clot in my lung, on the 19th went back to the ER cause I could barely breath. They admitted me and found out I had a staph blood infection. I'm still in the hospital with 1 more day of IV antibiotics. Don't play with your health. Something so minor could turn south very quickly. Glad your feeling better!!!🥰🥰🥰

Kirah, I say this with love, you've got to stay away from the cold drinks if you want to heal faster. Cold drinks/foods slows everything down in the immune system and makes it sluggish creating a sludge, which is the mucus. This is also true for your menstrual. Invite warm foods and teas into your body as that's the environment of your insides. The ginger & turmeric that you spoke of is perfect, as it introduces heat to the body. As for storing bagels you can freeze them and reheat in the airfryer on 390-400 degrees for about 3 minutes adjust time if needed they all work different mine heats fast. Run a little water over the bagel on the front and back before putting in the airfryer.
