For me Arne slot's starting midfield should be Szobo, Macca, and Gravenberch. Gravenberch can play as the active DM while him and macca take turns, cuz gravenberch can play under pressure, I think Him and macca should be the double pivots, Szobo as the 10. Subs should come as Jones, elliot for the ten. Endo and curtis jones for the double pivots, Also liverpool really have to sign a DM for me brazillian lad Andre or Ederson. We could do with another left footed CB Inacio or Hanko maybe hicanpie. A right winger to compete with Ben Doak when Salah leaves next summer, Takefusa Kubo or Pedro Neto. Well am not the coach or the owner of the club but I think every other liverpool fans will agree with me.
It's quite evident that Liverpool will target a ball playing 6, and i don't think Ederson offensive output is representative of whether he can fit that role. Szoboszlai numbers have drop, but when looking at where those numbers came from (just his goals/assists highlight is enough) i think it's more because of the fact that he was the free kick/corner kick taker rather than just having to be more involved defensively, i think from open play his numbers are actually similar. International tournaments are rarely representative of players ability at club level, we've seen that plenty of times.
You’re seriously going to use a terrible coach with poor tactics misusing Trent as a parameter as a fact that he can’t play in the midfield? England’s midfield was awful because of poor tactics and player occupying the same places. Trent would thrive in a midfield with actually good tactics in play.
You might be right. England's midfield tactics were poor but his performances weren't the best. Plus Jurgen didn't show faith in Trent's midfield ability that Liverpool thought he might. It could be a make or break season for his midfield hopes in all honesty
Naah Trent has 1 trait in the midfield long passes ...He's reading of defensive spaces is non existent ...Endo is a better midfielder currently than him , that's how bad of a midfielder he is ...He is an offensive RB , that's like playing Cafu or Alves as a cdm , that is beyond stupid

You must me a total nitwit to say Slot is a terrible coach. The statistics show he is a top trainer.. Ten Hag needs to buy a team to win, Slot can make players he got so much better, he can play for the championship.. Ten Hag spend more than 400 million and still ended up 8th
