- On June 7th, we headed down to this Allertor to see if they fixed it from the failure that happened last time I attempted to record it last June, Turned out they fixed it and it was a sure success!
The location is 683 Springhill Dr, Hurst, Texas.
Sirens Heard in Ambience, Whelen Vortex, Bear Creek Dr.

Very nice! Glad it’s fixed.
Thanks! Well it got fixed in august 2022 but I want to start something new where I don’t record a particular siren for a year straight.
@@owensanders7432 No Problem! Funny thing is I went to Texas for a week and I didn't know we passed through Hurst and I saw a small glimpse of this Allertor.
Lemme guess, Y’all saw it on Fox Glenn Ct and Mid Cities.
@@owensanders7432 yep
@@TheBrokenThunderboltNext time you come ‘round the DFW Area you should tell me! Would be a great meet up.
holy crap awesome ACA Allertor 125 siren man
So back in elementary school the same siren was near my sch school right? And i though it was the Gardner who was cutting the grass but lmaoooooo no it was the siren that they were testing it 😂😂
This is at the WA Porter elementary school so I guess so
When I was 5 years old I thought this was a lawnmower LOL
I now have a feeling the 4004s are also discontinued since McKinney, frisco and Allen replaced 4008s with 2910’s cuz I was like why 4008s have a good output why can’t they replace them with 4004s? But they just put in 2910s so are 4004s also discontinued?
I don’t believe so, 4004s are just a more heavy duty and earlier verison of the Whelen Vortex, so I doubt so.
Recorded 1 year ago
Arlington Went off twice
Cool! That’s normal tho, they do the first test using AC (alternating current) and the second test using DC (Direct Current) aka battery
@@owensanders7432wish arlington would’ve kept their allertor sirens like what hurst did, guess they wanted a better system
@@greatsouthwesttrains3310 it’s not because of a better system, it’s just how cities need to realize if they treat their sirens more better, getting maintenanced every 4 months, that’s how you can keep sirens alive for much longer
Many cities don’t realize that old sirens can last up to 3 times longer than new ones do.
@@owensanders7432 hurst and many other Texas cities with old sirens proved that point
HURTS TAXES WHALE VORTAX
no
When you filmed siren #1 back in Covid-19 did it get louder during the test?
Can you please once talk about something other than McKinney, it’s starting to get annoying
@@owensanders7432 sure
Hey Owen I was wondering what these water splash fountains would be called? ruclips.net/video/9VrNbEvbxXs/видео.html
