If you want to damage other players you have to turn on rouge. What happens when you turn on rogue is that you can attack other people and if you do enough damage it will say rouge at the top of your screen and a bounty of how much you’re worth. When someone kills you that person gets your bounty.

Laser beam: good for clearing NPC outposts?nope, good for targeting snipers or elites? yes. good for PVP?absolutely not. Missile baarage:good for clearing out enemy outposts? absolutely yes. good for targetting someone specific? yes, theres so many missiles that its very unlikely for even 1 to miss. Good for pvp? decent.
A tip: if u have collector game pass, u can just go to a big area where everyone is, go to a spot where enemies can’t see u but still in range of area and then while everyone kills everything, u will get all the money
Fun fact: you can actually kill some players by pressing the roque button to on.But be carefull if you killed an enemy you will be in a roque mode,Roque mode is actually like your being wanted if you killed someone and its gonna give you 100$ bounty,so if a player killed you the 100$ will be go on to the player who killed you but if you kill all the time the money will add up to 100$ to your bounty
