Setting up the Document: Open Microsoft Word and create a new blank document. Adjust the page size and orientation to match the standard proportions of the Indian flag (2:3 ratio).
Drawing the Rectangle: Use the "Shapes" tool in MS Word to draw a rectangle that covers the entire page. Set the rectangle's color to saffron (India's topmost color in the flag).
Adding the Wheel: Draw a circle at the center of the rectangle using the "Shapes" tool. Set the circle's color to navy blue to represent the Ashoka Chakra.
Creating the White Stripe: Draw a rectangle at the top portion of the saffron rectangle. Adjust its size to match the top third portion of the flag, and set its color to white.
