yes it is possible, but ur AutoLISP knowledge has to be advance, there is something called reactors in V functions , these are not standard AutoLISP functions but a new set of functions which are 100's in numbers and are very powerful and can be used to wonderful programs using them, but it requires very good command of AutoLISP first, and through understanding of AutoCAD object model
