💯 Right on time, sis. Energy is neither lost nor destroyed but merely transferred from on entity to another. As an empath in her 30s, I have finally learned not be reactive and can immediately sense when sometime is trying to have me "turn up". I now know when to just check out of certain conversations, tune out, make a conscious decision not to spin my wheels and preserve my energy. My life is in transition and I am manifesting great things and nothing will break my stride.

I have a coworker who goes out her way to belittle me in front of clients. I realise that she is really unhappy with herself so she try to rub off on me and bring me down. All I do is walk with my head high and adjust my crown. I say it all the time.. She craving attention and I refuse to let her feed off of me. Now with my autistic child... I have to have the patience of mother Teresa. I just take deep breaths and I continue to find ways to cope because I know some of his behaviors are beyond his control.

Folks belittle me. It took me up until about 2 years ago (after dealing with a long bout of depression) to realize that it was because I allowed people to disrespect me...my entire life. Though I always had high self esteem and loved myself...I still let them disrespect me but I did not feel that it was disrespectful until after my depression. I am saying this to say that I always wondered why those hurt people would TRY to hurt me, and now realize that it was something about me and that I allowed disrespect.

One time I was being so nice to someone and they were so nasty to me. So one day I flipped the script and stopped responding as in went completely silent while they were talking to me and they went ham. I mean got angry and had an outburst. That's when I knew this person wasnt right with themselves. Reverse psychology reveals so much. You're right with the whole game thing to test the waters. Bless up sis.

I have found that cutting cords has been very helpful. If the way I am reacting to a person or situation is not serving my highest self, I gotta cut that cord! I use a selenite wand, Archangel Michael, my spirit guide, and wave the wand across my body like I am severing that programmed response with a knife. “Thank you for the lessons you have taught me but our time together has come to an end. I wish you perfect peace, perfect happiness, never to return.” That’s in a severe case of toxic energy where the relationship needs to end. These videos are so wonderful and validating. Being an empathy is hard ,if I come across negative energy i automatically shut down or distance myself from people& sometimes I been known rude because ppl don’t know how to take it I really don’t be meaning too it’s hard smh 🤦🏾♀️

But earlier today I got Into an argument with my daughters father, who is a narcissist, and when I get home and come on RUclips this specific video popped up on my feeds. I took the road of being spritually in tune with myself since September 2019 and it’s helped me so much from getting out of the hardest time I ever experience in my life. Wow this is so relatable...Im the calmest person ever and people try me a lot but I keep my cool (to a certain extent) and I always think to myself "people may think I'm weak physically because I don't get aggressive but I'm so strong mentally" Like you can't let anyone take you to a low place emotionally.. basically pick your battles...also the main thing is I believe in treating others as I want to be treated and I feel for others and always wanna help..its a blessing and a curse..

I am so glad I found your videos. I was seeing a guy on and off for a year and it became toxic over time. We kept having repetitive arguments and he liked getting me mad. He started to down me because I went to college and for other things. I noticed a negative change when I started this spiritual journey and started watching videos about queen consciousness. When he played, “I don’t f***k with you” by Big Sean while making breakfast, I knew we were done. He texted me the other day and said he couldn’t see me anymore and needed to heal. So, I’m doing my healing and moving forward. We just weren’t on the same path & frequency. I don’t take care of grown men and hold them down and that’s what he wanted, therefore, I wasn’t solid enough for him.

I had a friend who always left me drained with her daily drama. I got to the point I would not answer her calls, I struggled with letting her go for months. When I finally had enuff and was ready to "snap" I just walked away. I'll cut u off at the neck and done son LOL but my energy level greatly increased. If this should ever happen again I will do the same only sooner!
Azure Rainn you said it better than me that's how I felt where I had a few people in my life that I loved for twenty years but some of them were quite draining sometimes I would speak to them about how I felt and they would make me feel guilty when it's really them so for me is love a person from afar and just cut them off it's sad but that's reality
I had to do the same thing with a so called best friend. I cut her completely off 5 years ago and have never looked back.

I have a brother like that too. Every time he would have me come over to stay with him and his girlfriend for a week they were always gettibg into arguments over stupid shit. After i left their house i was drained and then it drove me to a point of exhaustion then i cried as soon as i got home thinking it was my fault

I would like to add something that I've learned. Sometimes you can have such positive radiant energy that a negative person could feel that and become jealous because they want to have that same energy. They will try to either bring you down to their negative energy level or transfer energies with you, by saying or doing something negative so they may absorb your positive energy while transferring their negative energy to you. Envy and jealousy is fuel for negative Nancy's! Fact

Thanks new sub. Yesterday i was giving up videos just tap into a few things but yours had it all.I have done all of the loa. And some videos I saw say negative won't exist if u are in high vibrations but it dose because I feel really sick I'm an indigo and empath a Pisces. So my problem is where I live I'm getting picked on by security and maintenance and a few people waiting for the school bus that don't live in my building and like u said I said it is not worth it they want to get me out of character and it's all 40 year olds that I can be Their daughter. I avoid it all when I come outside i get my son and this lady is laughing at me with other people that don't even live their. I was really suicidal because I tried everything and as an empath being picked on everyday and watched by security talking shit is braking me down an all I can think of is ways to leave this earth so I can get away Iv apply to other places but nothing yet. I literally don't talk to no one they say my building is cursed but I don't want to think that when I'm outside people are nice to me but when I come here they all stair and talk shit they know my temper when I moved here 15 years ago was crazy so I'm holding all this in if it comes out I'm losing everything. But I tried going out saying no one will bother me an I look at peace and it still happens. They ruined my rep and I need to leave or I will go to jail or die because I did that already I go outside I said everything will be great my building dose feel really negative others have told me that but I leave in peace what else can I do if I can't come home with this pain they are making want to fight everyone because I can't take it I'm feeling sick especially when I leave saying it will be fine trying to shift them to stop an nothing I told the universe I guess u want me to loose it all an go to jail cause nothing is working

I'm in a temporary situation that I am working on getting out of within the next few months and due to me having to wait I just realize it it it seems exactly like what you're explaining in this story I come in I'm happy I meditate I do my affirmations just good all the way around. Then here comes the energy vampire and it's like me against for 5 people so it's hard trying to stay vibrating up against that many people that I like to isolate myself most of the time and if I do deal with them I prefer to deal with them one-on-one so that it's easier to protect my energy so yes working on not snapping or coming out of my high vibration is definitely a huge challenge so thank you for sharing what you're sharing! I get this. I really do. I just often have this issue with people being blamed for other people’s actions. It always always feels like victim blaming. It’s really sticky and I just can’t see it. I can wake up tomorrow morning and go to a really lovely person and use my free will to jab them just because I find amusement in it or have fun or because I want to because I can. We all have that power. This has always bothered me. Someone who was raped can’t be looking at their rapist thinking - hey so I attracted you. That’s everything to do with the rapist and nothing to do with the victim. everytime I’ve heard this principle it’s really really uncomfortable and quite triggering actually
