I’ve had my black rogue (the 2021 Forever piece) since the beginning of last year & it still looks new. The leather got softer & like your bag. It’s held up nicely. Again, I love Coach. Right now I’m using my Tate 29 & she is holding up so well! I use to baby my bags but now I don’t because they get better with use. So now I throw my bags!!! 🤣 just kidding lol.
I need to do this one bag for a whole month thing. I have so many it’s almost overwhelming and I feel bad if I don’t switch them out every other day. 🤪 your bag is beautiful.
I loved and highly recommend carrying one bag for the whole month. It felt great to see the bag soften up and "take a beating" (not really) exceptionally well.

This is an absolutely beautiful bag. I love the smooth leather! I would assume that you contact Coach directly to have one custom-made? I’m wondering if somebody could give me an idea if it’s really really expensive to go that route? I can call Coach tomorrow, but would like to get some feedback from somebody who has done it themselves. I think I would like a saddle color in smooth letter leather !
