You need an instant glue to finish models faster. You can use any instant glues like fevi quik etc. Be careful with your hnd while using instant glues.

You can use a dc motor to rotate the blades or use a fan to rotate the blades. THe wind turbines in this video is self rotating with a fan in front. Refer below video for making a wind turbine with a dc motor.

You should use a dc gear motor (slow rpm motor). Normal dc motors with high rpm will spin very fast. Model will not look like a wind turbine.
