Edmonton hs super low humidity. Vancouver is 80-90% humidity.
It hits different. I've lived in both places, -10 in Vancouver is horrible.
IDK what you're looking at, temp is -38C with 55% rel humidity. Vancouver is -12C with 33% humidity. I've lived on the coast and work construction as well, and this hits a lot harder.

if you're on the prairies, this is absolutely hilarious. Winnipeg windchill was a balmy -39 this morn, I heard Edmonton has seen much cooler.
Hand cranking my tarp on my end dump in -40 temps just south of Regina, Saskatchewan 3 days in a row this week was hell.
