Idea: Two snipers who for some unknown reason have beef with each other, they go around the city, from building to building, taking potshots at each other, never actually hitting each other but they do end up hitting random players caught in the crossfire.

I like these RP'S where you see the reason's why people become serial killer's and the police investigating with what they have. Reminds me of those criminal investigation shows on Netflix.
Idea: A true anomaly arrives in San Andreas a man with a safe for a head arrives in the city trying to find people who will help him remove or open the safe that is his head as it is apparently "stuck", however when the safe is opened a very hungry demon emerges from the safe and violently attacks the one who opened the safe drinking their insides until but a husk remains. then returns to the safe the safe head completely unaware of what happened... Can the people of San Andreas survive this demon safe?! Or will the demon have its fill for the day...

I love these RP's. However, the Railroad Killer knows the timing of the trains. If the P.D. looked into the train schedule, they could have posted officers at certain points and ended this early. Thankfully, they didn't. Great RP!

Idea: Be Spy from TF2. A French mercenary that has a watch to turn invicible and a watch to fake his death. He can also disguise himself as anyone with his desguise kit, and knows how to kill someone with a backstab to the neck with a butterfly knife. He's also fond of using revolvers.
Idea: play as a really handsome killer who charms people into becoming his victims maybe even add a paranormal twist to it, I just want to see this because all of killers are usually ugly and in real life is a lot of killers used their charming looks to manipulate people

The dream sequence with Harold learning how to read that ancient language could help explain his madness I always thought explaining him as a mad scientist gone insane would be boring but a ex SCP researcher or idiana jones type would be interesting.

This is like DnD in GTA. You are basically the dungeon master providing all these people with a narrative and a story to build from. Pretty great.
