Mam it really works...widin one month i got milk supply raises up lyk earlier Mom's .,,jeera ajwain sauf mishri ka powder...i used to take it as it is in btwn one hr or two hrs, used to feed baby frequently in evry one hour & pump n hand express some exptra milk after every feed, start taking one spoon of soaked fenugreek seed before every meal used to drink milk wid protein powder to increase da quality of milk. Hi Shreya- Thank you for this video. My breastmilk has suddenly reduced at 6 months. My baby does not take formula and I eagerly want my milk to be back. I am nursing her frequently. Is it possible to get the milk back by following these 5 drinks? 1. How many drinks can I take in a day? 2. Is it possible to get the milk back now? My milk supply was good from birth until she turned 5 and half months. Started facing issue now. In desperate need of help 🙏🏼
It is always possible. Feed your baby on one side, when he slows, feed him on the other, when he slows feed him on the other, when he slows, feed him on the other and make sure to drink enough water. Do this every feeding, feed every 2-3 hours for a day and you will should notice increase by tomorrow. If having problems with baby not pooping, eat at least 60 grams of protein a day.
My little one is 4 months and different foods and different things dry up my supply so I just had to do this yesterday (have been doing it since he was about two months) and my milk is back to normal today. Didn't even have to do it a full 24 hours.

Hi Shreya- Thank you for this video. My breastmilk has suddenly reduced at 6 months. My baby does not take formula and I eagerly want my milk to be back. I am nursing her frequently. Is it possible to get the milk back by following these 5 drinks?

My milk supply was good from birth until she turned 5 and half months. Started facing issue now. In desperate need of help 🙏🏼
It is always possible. Feed your baby on one side, when he slows, feed him on the other, when he slows feed him on the other, when he slows, feed him on the other and make sure to drink enough water. Do this every feeding, feed every 2-3 hours for a day and you will should notice increase by tomorrow. If having problems with baby not pooping, eat at least 60 grams of protein a day.
My little one is 4 months and different foods and different things dry up my supply so I just had to do this yesterday (have been doing it since he was about two months) and my milk is back to normal today. Didn't even have to do it a full 24 hours.
