Use masking tape on the seams on the stretchy material and it won’t stretch when you cut it or when sewing it then you can just peel it off when your done but try the tape on a scrape peace first

Lindsay, start with cotton and develop your skills on less expensive cloth! Mistakes are going to happen on your first effort. Thanks for watching!
