Very Nice, Very Evil! SKINDRED are incredibly overrated, whilst CRYPTA slay the fuck out of me with every listen. A great female-fronted Death Metal band of which "Shades Of Sorrow" could be an AOTY contender, easy. A cool video, mates! Keep it up.
Love Ill Niño, have you ever heard of another underrated Nu Metal band called Third Strike? I think they only released one album called "Lost Angel" but that album is a banger from start to finish, highly recommend checking them out! 🤘🤘🤙🤙
Just gave Crypta the car test. This album is awesome. No bad songs. So much good death metal this year. Gotta say, I'm loving these all female and female fronted bands. Theres so many good ones. Im gonna check Skindred out. I remember the name but never listened to them. HLB is not really my thing.
The new Crypta song is a fkn banger!!! Soo excited for the new albums from Slaughter To Prevail, Crypta, and Sylosis. Thanks for reviewing these guys! 🤘🤘🤙🤙
You know me, I'm 43 and an HLB enthusiast and I think the new album isn't a good introduction to their 'sound', but it's absolutely amazing. It's unlike anything I've ever heard and man, if it's not the heaviest thing ever made, I don't know what is. The singles don't really encompass how heavy it is, which I like because I like being satisfied by non-singles and how good they are. I'm like you, I like this more than 'Valde', but I find them to be two completely different beasts. Favorites are Labyrinthian, Lifeless Deathless, Shell and Death Spiral.
HLB made a total banger. The middle songs are absolutely crushing and eerie. The whammy petal to me seems to be overused with the same tone, but overall it’s right up there with Abyssal. Thanks for doing what you do guys, y’all are super open and genuine. Hope you guys get to the top!
I can totally relate about HLB. I love their sound and how unique, heavy and dark it is. But at the same time after two songs I get tired of it haha! Listened to some of the singles a bunch, but an album of this just is too much for me. Will definitely listen to songs of this album, but probably not many in succession.
Completely agree with Vile about HLB, it's all just too much and too same-y throughout. I prefer when bands throw in sometype of melodicism (I know this album technically does have melodicism, just not what I look for), no matter how small, it will always feel refreshing.

Crypta is an entirely female band, not just female fronted but yes, the album is lookin hot so far!
@SpenceJS87 You're cringe for saying that.
@SpenceJS87 At least try to not act like such a loser.
Crypta kicked some asses on this album. Bass sound amazing.
Totally agree, new Crypta is fantastic. Love the blending of styles, they really pull it off. Production is awesome too. Look forward to the review.
*Shades of Sorrow is a masterpiece. This time those ladies came to walk among the big dogs.*
Crypta’s new album is a master piece.
Amazing Amazing Crypta band!!!! ❤
Im super stoked for another 2000s band Ill nino when they drop their album!

I definitely want to pick up Crypta's album. Your review makes me so hype to get it. Your channel is the best. Hands down.

pretty sure Amon Amarth and Devin Townsend put out something today too.
Amon Amarth dropped a vid but it's an old song
