Dokken is the most underrated heavy metal band to come out of the '80s I love them and I don't care what nobody says... And they are great musicians Lynch is awesome on guitar
Thats a great comment and made me think for a minute. The solo in Ill Remember You from Scottie Hill is really good as well. Ritchie Sambora has Bed of Roses and Always.... 2 excellent solos in a ballad. Its the solo that has to fit the song perfectly, like George and Alone Again.
I don't think I've ever seen and probably will never see again someone transition from such a beautiful ballad immediately into an out of this world awesome solo so quickly and seamlessly. Truly one of a kind this man is.
@@NEWYORKSTORM13 yeah...that's George alright.....seamless....EVERY single time he NEVER has a "sound issue" his performances are JUST impeccably seamless......
Dokken opened for Van Halen back in 1988 for the Monsters of Rock tour. We called Edward Van Halen "Eddie" long before he was being called "King Edward", because back then, George Lynch was "King George".
Was an awesome show. George and company don't come out this way much, so I go out of my way to see him whoever he's touring with when they are up here.
this was a great show. incredible even though the fire alarm that went off right before they went on brought back memories of the tragic station nightclub fire but as tragic as that was the one thing it taught many of us to look for all the fire escapes. most people were trying to get out the front door but about 20 of us went out the back alley. before the show started i pointed out all the exits to my wife....we were out in less than a minute. remember the station victims but they gave us awareness. rest in peace all of you.
Great White I love them and I remember that fire in New York Jack Russell was devastated over that and so many people died. Even the guitarist may they all RIP
Man, i was there at the station. It was a tragedy i’ll never forget. Mallonz couldn’t take it and he took his life shortly after. I still don’t know what to say, honestly.

Hell yes they are
That is one of the best solo's ever written to a ballad.
Mais oui monsieur! To me M Scary is up there with the mighty EVH and Michael Schenker!!!

@@bobabooey4537 Sambora is a joke next to Lynch....and nobody has even heard of Scottie Hill...lol

Growing up in LA, there was three guitar players, two are gone....
George is a living legend. Best way to describe him is...fucking phenomenal.
FACT!
This is the MASTER at Work putting on a Shaolin performance foe us. Thx George!

Damn I wish I had a dollar for every time I played that song when I was young. Classic
George is a incredible guitarist. George and Michael Schenker are my favorite.Rock On
Did you know they used to live together in a house in Arizona together? It's true!
Then if I added John norum to the list of these two would that be cool?
@@JayAskey Yea my favorite guitar players are No.1 George Lynch,2 Ace Frehley, John Norum, Gary Moore and 5th Rory Gallagher
I’ve always loved George Lynch
Always love to see George play!
One of my favorite songs ever.

One of the most heartbreaking videos I've ever seen of the station fire💓🙏
@@donnyarnold7948 It wasn't in New York

Kudos to Lynch for keeping it real but there are acoustic simulation pedals he might want to consider

Transición guitar🙌🙌🙌🙌
George looks both old and young at the same time
Grande George👍
Robert Mason vocals?
George Lynch best guitarist!
I thought I read somewhere that the intro on the album was done on an electric guitar played thru synths etc. Is that true?
New bEdford, Ma.
I wonder how he played without whammy bar ..
Robert Mason singing??? 💋
yes...it is
Kaya disc on left
Disappointing no mic on the lead guitar. WTF.
it's an electric acoustic....? so, yeah, alright...
Sure had one on the drum kit!
Nice Mr.Lynch !
Drums are way too over powering..turn Lynch up!!
What the Fuck, I can't hear a single note, FUCK....
It's a bootleg bro, get over it
Singer talks too much.
Think it's Robert Mason of Warrant. Jani's replacement.
Doing The End Time frontman vocals
Super annoying!
I think he is a liar too, if he says to every crowd "you are the best and greatest audience" how can that be truthful?
lousy drumming. great song.
