This is exactly why G2 struggle against the LCK and LPL. They always get away with this level of play domestically. In the LPL and LCK, even the lowest teams know how to close out game states like these against the top teams of their regions. I always feel like this is why when LPL and LCK are winning the game feels over, but if LEC or LCS has a lead over them the game seems to stall until the miracle team fight LPL and LCK seem to always get and win and we all sit there thinking “what if”

Too many individual mistakes, there are games where BB plays as if he started playing League last week and Yike can't hit a smite... But then they got sick and got out of the tournament as one of the biggest upset in Worlds history. G2 showed what fit G2 would do at Worlds in RedBull event by stomping so called Worlds winner Trash1. Then this MSI, they lost to puny Trash1 which is probably the biggest upset in MSI's history. Every G2 member said they knew were better, they should have won against Trash1. But they started trolling and giving resources to Trash1 and they realized it when it's too late. All of these loses of G2 were unfortunate accidents, they were the best, they are the best and they will be the best in the world. This is what made them the greatest league of legends organization. Eat the fact kiddo
One thing i said in split remains that G2 without caps still would be the team the likes of bds, fnc, sk etc. The other thing remains for yike that hes still losing most of the 50:50 smites just as he was when he came to the G2...

2 series in a row, Ice repeatedly afk farming minions in lane as team fights outnumbered (thanks to him not rotating) at objective right next to his lane. If he were keeping his counterpart in lane, it's *ok*, but he's not. He's just leaving team 3v4 at herald to afk farm 2 minion waves. Then later, hitting elder during teamfight instead of killing enemies. Between lost damage and extra damage taken from dragon, the fight becomes way more 1-sided.
I agree, in the last fight he got his passive, he could have dealt some damage to mundo, miss f would have gotten some damage as well from jinx hitting mundo because of ksante knoucked her back

The Ksante penta was funny, but maybe nuc should have just taken the kill to be in a better game state. Almost all penta donations are to ADCs or midlaners which is where you want the kills anyway, but here it was a bit awkward.

Adam had anti-heal. And there were way bigger problems than that. Ice trolled half the game. Taliyah is not a real champion - she has no damage after early game and is way too squishy and short ranged. The only "justification" for it is her blocking of dashes. But most of G2's comp last game doesn't care about that. So even that excuse for picking her is gone.
It’s as the casters said, it means very little once Mundo exits a fight and recovers it all from warmogs. BB had an insanely huge HP pool too so they’d have to commit onto him early or let him run through their front line right into nuc and Ice
