Great video, I find the Kingz a tight fit but Fuji fit me like a glove, bought the older Sekai (from you guys about 4 years ago and it's still going strong, fantastic gi) and the Fuji basic Gi and the A3's fit my shorter stocky frame. They are all a bit of a muchness, I do like the pearl weave and ripstop pants. Good to see being able to mix and match jackets and pants
I’m going to have to get mine fitted I think lol. I’m 6’3 285 but don’t have a gut only about 28% bf. One size past and different size top wide shoulders but only a 38in waist
Over time the color will fade a bit, similar to a tshirt. Washing it at 30 degrees Celsius will help to keep the color, and adding a bit of vinegar to your laundry detergent also helps.
I really enjoyed this video, thanks for posting it. Thankfully it served as a way to validate what I've already done. I decided to take a punt on the basic BJJ gi that Decathlon sell. These gis are surprisingly good. I've been doing Japanese jujitsu, judo and karate over a couple of decades and I know what premium gis feel like. The Decathlon ones are hard to beat and feel like a much more expensive gi.
Cant believe this is the only real tutorial on youtube that talks about the things that matter when it cones to gis
Well presented video and great information
