Actually Doom is OP in 1-1 against a lot of heroes, that’s why people hate him. A lot of mobility, shields, damage, cc without strong aim requirement. Just check the highlighted part from the beginning of the video: doom missed slam, soldier avoided his ult (as much as possible) and shooting at him all the time, also rocketed him... I mean, he did good and still lose the duel. Probably Jay3 should make more hs instead of bs, but it’s not easy against the enemy above you. But doom is not op if your team have a good play against him. And that is what you can’t guarantee playing with randoms. So he forces you to switch, just because he’s a better hero then yours

Brig is OP to those in GM, but at the lower levels, she is usually not. 96% of OW players are Diamond and below. Why should Blizzard really concern itself with the complaints of the top 4% that aren't happy about Brig?

Which is a great thing.
