Hidden goodwill nikal kar , new partner ka premium for goodwill nikalna hoga
Suppose hidden goodwill: 30000
C admitted for 1/3 of the share
Toh C will bring: 1/3 × 30000=10000 premium for goodwill aur wo sacrificing ratio mein divide hojayega
Example
Premium for goodwill a/c Dr. 10000 To Sacrificing partner's capital Cr. 10000
